Nest + Rest: A Women’s Spring Gathering ✨ The Essence As winter begins to loosen its grip and the energy of spring stirs beneath the surface, Em and Gigi invite you to soften into renewal and reconnect with your inner resource. This is a women’s-only gathering for spring, a nourishing yet gently energising space to tend to your nervous system, awaken the body, and reconnect with the quiet momentum of the season. Through breath, sound, movement, and touch, we’ll explore rest as renewal, the kind that supports growth from the inside out. 🌙 What Awaits You → A guided spring meditation to reconnect with inner rhythm and emerging energy → Somatic shaking, flushing, breathing, humming, and tapping to wake the body and release stagnation → Flowy embodied yin with a lighter, spring-infused quality, accompanied by sound bath with tibetan bowls. → Hands-on touch in shavasana to support oxytocin, safety, and deep integration → Journaling with tea and a sweet treat to reflect, land, and gather what’s been felt ☕ The Feeling Think soft light returning, warmth in the bones, a gentle sense of coming back online. A space where you soften and energise, where you listen deeply and feel yourself beginning to rise. Where you remember: renewal begins within. 🌱 A Gathering for Spring While this gathering does not land on the Spring Solstice itself, it is held in the weeks leading toward it, a time when energy is shifting, light is increasing, and the body begins to sense what wants to grow. Spring is a threshold. A moment of gentle momentum. An invitation to emerge slowly, with care, and in your own time. 🧺 What to Bring… Create Your Nest This practice invites comfort, ease, and sensory nourishment.
