WHAT TO EXPECT
This weekend retreat is your chance to escape the busyness of everyday life and be transported to a truly magical place. An indulgent weekend filled with yoga, sound bath, movement, delicious food, wild swims, incredible company, fireside chats and eco treehouses, eco woodland cabins, bell tents accommodation, all surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature.
This retreat will be space for contemplation, appreciation and transformation. A weekend away will give you the chance to refocus and remember what it is that makes you feel alive, what it is that sets your soul on fire. The beauty of these retreats: we emerge understanding where we may need to make changes in our lives, remembering the incredible vibrancy of life and all that it has to offer.
THE SETTING
The retreat will take place at the beautiful West Lexham in Norfolk - an eco-friendly venue with 21 acres of nature and wildlife. It truly is stunning - there is a wild swimming lake, treehouses, cabins, rowing boats, paddle boards, pool and a Japanese garden. For this retreat we have Quercus, Tilia and Sunrise Treehouses as well as the Cabin and Bell Tents for our accommodation, waking up at canopy height is a rare pleasure. The Orangery is where our practice daily yoga practices will take space overlooking the lake. This will also be a place where we can relax as well as the onsite restaurant where we'll gather for our meals, which has a large decked area for outdoor dining.
THE FOOD
Our delicious menus use fresh, organic and local produce. Food is a big part of our retreats and you will not go home hungry! There will be an innovative, healthy and nourishing vegetarian menu and we can cater to all dietary requirements.

HOW TO BOOK
A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking, this non refundable and non transferable. The remaining amount will be invoiced to you, unless a payment plan* is requested.
