West Lexham Retreat, Norfolk
September 11th - 13th 2026
Last Days of Summer Retreat
Join me at the threshold of the seasons, where late light lingers across the lake and the air
begins to soften.
We will gather within 22 acres of woodland and stunning Norfolk countryside at West Lexham. Morning movement in the orangery over-looking the lake, deliciously prepared meal with homegrown produce. Wild swims from the shell house at the water’s edge. Sauna heat rising as the evenings draw in. Long shared meals and quiet wanderings through grounds, and trees.

Our days will move gently between practice and pause - somatic yoga, creative workshops, firelit circles and spacious afternoons with nowhere to be.
Together, we will honour the descent.
Listening for what summer has stirred.
Integrating what it has revealed.
Allowing the pace to slow as we reorient towards autumn.
This is a soft landing.
A gathering at the edge of change.
A place to feel your feet on the ground again.

A weekend to close the summer with intention.
To gather the threads.
To feel your feet on the ground again.
And to step into autumn steady, softened, and clear.

Why I created this retreat
Every year as summer begins to fade, I feel the quiet call of something deeper — a yearning to slow down, to process everything that the brighter months have brought, and to ready myself for the softer, shadowier half of the year.
The Last Days of Summer Retreat was born from that call — from a desire to create a space where women could gather just before the autumn equinox, not to power through the last of summer, but to exhale.
This retreat isn’t about fixing or changing yourself — it’s about honouring where you are. It’s a place to remember what your body already knows: that you are cyclical, seasonal, and worthy of deep, nourishing care.

This Is for the Woman Who…
…has given so much of herself this year - to work, to others, to everything and everyone except herself.
She’s feeling stretched thin, maybe a little untethered.
The high energy of summer has left her feeling wired, but also weary.
She craves space - not just physical space, but emotional and energetic space to feel, release, and recalibrate.
She longs to feel the ground beneath her feet again.
She wants to come back to herself.
She wants to remember what it feels like to move slowly, to be held, to belong — without needing to prove or perform.
She’s standing at the threshold - between the external expansion of spring/summer and the internal deepening of autumn/winter - and she wants to cross with intention.
