Holding a space for deep self care, relaxation and healing; supporting you to release physical and emotional tension held in the body, and realigning the body to stimulate the natural flow of energy and prana (life-force).
Emilie has been practising Bodywork for 7 years. Through her training in yoga, breath-work and both Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and Thai Yoga Massage she tailors every session to your individual needs.

AYURVEDIC YOGA MASSAGE
Deeply restorative treatment is designed to nurture and help the client feel more centred and the energy to flow more freely through the body. Performed on a matt, this therapeutic signature massage uses a combination of breath-work to soothe and calm the nervous system, assisted yoga stretches, and deep oil tissue massage techniques to increase circulation, soothe tight muscles and strengthen areas of concern, leaving you feeling restored and revived.
THAI YOGA MASSAGE
The therapist guides the client through a series of yoga postures, while using the hands and feet applying pressure, palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. The treatment improves flexibility, relaxes, restores and energises.
Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility.
