Terms & Conditions
By booking a class, private session or event with Emilie Joy Garrould trading as Wild Yoga Norfolk you are entering into a contract which has the following conditions and agreeing to the liability waiver:
Block booked classes: By booking a block of classes you are receiving a discounted price for a confirmed place in that class. If you are unable to make any of the block there is no facility to extend, come to another class, or receive a refund. Whereby the class is recorded, you will be granted access to the recording. In the event of a government lockdown, the classes will move to an online format.
Online Drop-In: By booking a drop-in class, you are agreeing to the liability waiver. The drop-in credit is valid for 7 days after which it expires. Bookings can be managed via Momoyoga.
Monthly Flat-rate membership: This monthly recurring membership gives you open access to all classes for a month on the day of purchase plus access the On-Demand library of classes via a private Instagram page. Please note, the schedule is subject to change. This does not entitle you to any courses or classes if stated on the schedule. Upon purchasing this membership please request to follow @wildyoganorfolk_thestudio on Instagram to access the On-Demand library. This is a recurring membership, to cancel this membership please email Emilie at emilie-joy@hotmail.co.uk 5 days before you membership expires.
Private sessions/Ayurvedic Yoga Massages: Payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellation period is 48 hours given in writing (email to emilie-joy@hotmail.co.uk). If less than 48 hour notice is given the session is charged as taken.
Workshops and Day Events: For events that are a full day or less, then full payment is required at time of booking to secure your place. If you are unable to attend the event there no facility to extend, come to another event, or receive a refund. You may be able to send a substitute in your place, but only if this is first agreed by Emilie Joy Garrould.

Cancellation of Event Circumstances:
It is expected that participants to events will have adequate personal insurance to cover all eventualities that might occur.
If Emilie Joy Garrould chooses to cancel an event then all monies paid to Emilie Joy Garrould will be refunded. In this circumstance Emilie Joy Garrould will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the participant, including but not limited to travel costs, insurance costs etc
Emilie Joy Garrould reserves the right to send a substitute teacher in the place of a named teacher if unexpected circumstances preventing the named teacher from teaching on any event.
In the event of Force Majeure/unforeseen circumstances that hinders, delays, or leads to cancellation of any events Emilie Joy Garrould will not be liable for any costs incurred or to repay any monies received. Participants will be expected to claim under their individual insurance. This includes but is not limited to, severe weather, acts of terrorism, disease epidemics, government actions, natural disasters, war, strikes, and failure of 3rd parties such as venues/caterers to provide their services.
In registering for any event or service you agree that Emilie Joy Garrould, shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay.
In registering for any event or service you agree to assume all risks associated with the event and or service and agree that no liability will be attached to (or any staff member or contractors working on behalf of Emilie Joy Garrould) for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property, finances or health.
