Nest + Rest: A Women’s Solstice Gathering ✨ The Essence At the turning point of the year, when the world asks you to do more, give more, and hold more - Nest + Rest invites you to turn inward and reclaim the power that lives within your stillness. This is a women’s-only Solstice gathering, a soft yet potent space to tend to your nervous system, release the year from your body, and reconnect to the quiet wisdom that lives within you. This is for the woman who wants to feel empowered to resource herself, not through doing, achieving, or fixing, but through remembering her innate capacity to renew from within. Through breath, sound, movement, and touch, we’ll explore rest as reclamation, the kind that fills your cup from the inside out. 🌙 What Awaits You - Guided womb meditation to bring you in and down - Somatic shaking, flushing, breathing, humming, and tapping to awaken energy and ease tension - Flowy embodied yin practice accompanied by a live sound bath - Hands-on touch in shavasana to support oxytocin flow and deep rest - A closing sharing circle with tea and a sweet treat ☕ The Feeling Think candlelight and warmth, but also a quiet pulse of renewal. A sanctuary where you soften and strengthen, where you listen deeply and rise from within. Where you remember: you are the source. 🕯️ The Winter Solstice This gathering lands on the Winter Solstice, Sunday 21 December. The Solstice marks the deepest point of winter, when the Earth reaches her fullest contraction and we experience the longest night and shortest day of the year. It’s a moment of descent, rest, and renewal, the pause between death and rebirth. 🧺 What to Bring....
