You're invited to experience the magic of the Wild Yoga Garden — a hidden Norfolk haven for deep rest, gentle movement, and wild-hearted connection.
Join me for a weekend of free 45-minute yoga tasters, each followed by sauna time under the open sky.
These sessions are a chance to:

- Experience the beauty of the Wild Yoga Garden space
- Be part of something growing slowly, sweetly, from the roots up

Yoga Tent
At the heart of the Wild Yoga Garden is our 7m bell tent, a welcoming space for yoga, movement, and connection. Nestled in an orchard at Deepdale Camping & Rooms, this tranquil space offers the perfect setting for classes, workshops, and full-day immersions, with the option to camp and stay overnight for an even deeper experience.
Wood Fired Sauna Tent
Our wood-fired sauna tent invites you into the ancient practice of heat and cold therapy, blending warmth, water, and breath to restore body and mind. Many of our retreats and workshops include sauna sessions, wild swimming, and nature-based rituals to help you reset and return to yourself.
Sanctuary in Nature
Burnham Deepdale is a gateway to the wild coast, is just a short walk from Brancaster Staithe, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). It's an incredible space to immerse yourself in nature, whether you're wild swimming, exploring the tidal marshes and or floating in the creeks at high tide.
What's Included
- 45-minute gentle yoga class in the meadow tent (suitable for all levels)
- 45-minute access to the wood-fired sauna after your session
- Time to ground, connect, and experience the space
- Invitation to share a short testimonial or reflection
All sessions are free, but spaces are limited. Booking is essential.

Deepdale is an award-winning, eco-friendly Campsite and Private Rooms situated on the organic Deepdale Farm, in the village of Burnham Deepdale on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast.
On Campsite we welcome tents, trailer tents, campervans, motorhomes, RVs, winnebagos and hammocks with well drained pitches, electric hookups and underfloor heated shower blocks (Sorry no caravans due to planning restrictions).
