Whilst I have had not children myself I am passionate about supporting women and through my own life experience have gained insight and awareness that specifically supports women through this transitionary time.
Having studied over 85 hours in Pre and Post Natal yoga and as an Adore Your Pelvic Floor Coach my classes strive to equip you with the knowledge and tools to prepare you for birth, demystify the physiological changes and create a safe and supportive environment for you to connect to likeminded women and to your baby.
