Week 4: Advance Exercises. Bowel Awareness + exercises.

Home Exercise Programme: Continued learning online via home exercise programme available for weeks 5 - 16 to further advance awareness and reactivity of the pelvic floor group.

MY STORY

I'm going to level with you. I am a 31 year old women who's not had children and still have had my own issues related to the pelvic floor. I became aware of this whilst working for the Telegraph - I was sent to 'guinea pig' a company called Mummy Physio, have an assessment and then write a review - Sounds fun right?

At the time I thought I'd get a gold star having not had children and thinking that my ACTIVE lifestyle of running, gym and yoga would mean my pelvic floor got a standing ovation - SADLY NOT!

  Through poor toilet etiquette and not recruiting the muscles whilst exercising (particularly running and weight lifting) it had taken it's toll and my pelvic floor was the punch bag!

Fast forward to present day, I'm a yoga teacher, qualified Ayurvedic Massage therapist and all round enthusiast when it come to working with women based in North Norfolk.

When I saw the opportunity to learn and help women through the Adore Your Floor coaching programme I couldn't have been more excited! And here I am now ready to serve YOU!
