The ultimate release, yin yoga is a deep and gentle practice, passive and yielding. Through props and the support of the earth this practice helps calm and cool mind and body; followed by soothing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).

Using breath to initiate movement, moving from one posture to the next bringing heat to cleanse the body. Using repetition to create a more embodied experience and a fluid movement practice.  This class is open level however if you are a beginner I recommend you join a beginners course to start.
