June’s full moon is often known as the 🍓 Strawberry Moon. It sits close to the Summer Solstice, carrying that feeling of fullness, ripeness, and quiet celebration. Everything is in bloom, life is outward, expressive, alive. And yet, even in that brightness, there’s something about the full moon that invites a pause. A moment to take stock. To feel what is already full, and what might be ready to soften or shift. This evening is an invitation to come back into your body within the height of summer. To ground, to breathe, and to be held in something slower. What to expect A nourishing evening of: Warming herbal tea to arrive and settle Yoga and gentle movement to open and ground Ritual and intention to reflect, release, and reconnect Sauna and connection to soften into warmth A herbal salt body scrub to awaken the skin and senses Gentle lymphatic facial massage to support release and softening Journaling and quiet circling What to bring Journal, pen, blanket, swimsuit, towel, dry robe or warm coat, water, and comfy layers you can move in and keep warm after. By booking onto this experience, you are stepping into a shared, intentional space. While this is a held container, it is also something we create together. You are warmly invited into a practice of self-responsibility… arriving with care, being mindful of timing, and tending to your own needs within the space. These gatherings are co-created through your presence, awareness, and consideration, with each of us contributing to a shared sense of safety, presence, and ease. When you book your place, you are committing to this experience and to the space being held for you. As these events are small and intentionally held, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you’re no longer able to attend, you’re very welcome to pass your space on to someone else or let me know and I can offer it to the waiting list. However, I’m unable to guarantee that your space will be filled. Thank you for understanding that this is a small business, with care, preparation, and upfront costs woven into each event.
