Service Description

As we approach the longest night of the year, Em and Gigi invite you to pause, soften, and settle into the quiet embrace of winter 🕯️✨ Nest + Rest is a women’s gathering inspired by the wisdom of the winter solstice. A moment to honour the darkness, tend to our inner world, and welcome the gentle return of the light. Together we’ll explore the feminine qualities of rest, receptivity and intuition, drawing inspiration from the darkness as a place where we can listen, dream and simply be. Through touch, sound, movement, humming and ritual, we’ll create a deeply nurturing space for what we’re calling “oxytocin bathing”: an invitation to feel cared for, connected and held. 🕯️ What Awaits You • Gentle somatic movement, breath and humming to help us arrive in our bodies and soften into stillness • A guided face massage ritual with a sumptuous liquid gold oil blend, exploring touch as an act of tenderness and devotion to ourselves • Winter solstice reflection and ritual to honour the longest night and the light we wish to nurture within • A guided candle meditation, Trataka • A guided womb meditation to explore the energetics of receiving, receptivity and nourishment, to soften, listen inward and make space to be held • A deeply nourishing sound bath, with space to lie down, nest and let the sounds wash over you • Tea, journaling and sweet treats to help us land, reflect and share a little warmth together ☕ The Feeling Think soft blankets, golden candlelight, fragrant oil on your fingertips and a warm mug between your hands. The comfort of gathering with other women while the world outside grows dark. A morning where nothing needs to be achieved, and there is room to receive the care you so often give. 🌙 Winter Solstice Wisdom At the winter solstice, darkness reaches its fullest expression before the light begins its gradual return. This turning point invites us to honour the value of rest, the mystery of what is still unfolding, and the quiet beginnings we cannot yet see. Together we’ll make space for both the darkness and the light, listening to what winter asks of us and tending gently to what we hope will grow. 🧺 What to Bring • Yoga mat • Two blankets • Pillow or eye pillow • Bolster (if you have one) • Warm layers and cosy socks Date: Sunday 20th December Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Arrive from 9:50 AM to settle in.) Exchange: £40 Location: Binham Village Hall, Norfolk Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By booking onto this experience, you are stepping into a shared, intentional space. While this is a held container, it is also something we create together. You are warmly invited into a practice of self-responsibility… arriving with care, being mindful of timing, and tending to your own needs within the space. These gatherings are co-created through your presence, awareness, and consideration, with each of us contributing to a shared sense of safety, presence, and ease. When you book your place, you are committing to this experience and to the space being held for you. As these events are small and intentionally held, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you’re no longer able to attend, you’re very welcome to pass your space on to someone else or let me know and I can offer it to the waiting list. However, I’m unable to guarantee that your space will be filled. Thank you for understanding that this is a small business, with care, preparation, and upfront costs woven into each event.
