Learn, Move and Breath: BEGINNERS YOGA 6 - WEEK IMMERSION Every Tuesday from 19:30 - 20:45 in Fakenham at the Prince of Wales stand, Fakenham Race Course. 14th May - 18th June LOCATION The Prince of Wales Stand* Fakenham Race Course Fakenham NR21 7NY *The large building which overlooks the race course WHAT YOU WILL LEARN *Foundational Asana (postures) *A journey through the chakra system *Guided meditation *The science of breathing *Each week we will explore a variety of styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Ashtanga + Restorative yoga THIS IMMERSION IS INTENDED FOR BEGINNERS OR THOSE WHO WISH TO LEARN ABOUT THE CHAKRA SYSTEM. £70 FOR 6 WEEKS Suitable for beginners or those who want to reignite their practice. Please bring a mat and blanket, if you don't have equipment please notify Emilie. Bolsters and blocks are provided. Cancelations This course is non-refundable and non-transferable. I hold space for you to explore your mind and body through a multi-disciplinary approach which is rooted in yoga and draws from somatic and embodiment practices. I believe movement should be a celebration of what our bodies can do, it’s not about trying to change it. I hold space for you to accept and embrace the nature of change within us. My classes a space for you to be you, exactly as you are. A space where we connect, share, move, breath and rest.”
