An indulgent weekend filled with yoga, sound bath, movement, delicious food, wild swims, incredible company, fireside chats and luxurious bedrooms all surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature. This retreat will be space for contemplation, appreciation and transformation. A weekend away will give you the chance to refocus and remember what it is that makes you feel alive, what it is that sets your soul on fire. THE SETTING

The retreat will take place at the beautiful West Lexham in Norfolk - an eco-friendly venue with 21 acres of nature and wildlife. It truly is stunning - there is a wild swimming lake, rowing boats and a Japanese garden. The barn itself has a beautiful studio with underfloor heating, a cosy lounge area with wood burning stoves and a big kitchen.

THE FOOD

Our delicious menus use fresh, organic and local produce. Food is a big part of our retreats and you will not go home hungry! There will be an innovative, healthy and nourishing vegetarian menu and we can cater to all dietary requirements.
