Join us for a beautiful evening of gentle yoga, embodiment, restorative breath-work and movement as we celebrate the burgeoning of spring and nourish our mind and body with a delicious homemade Indian feast by The Jolly Indian Sailor in Warham, North Norfolk. Just a week has passed since the into the enchanting arrival of the spring equinox, the air already hums with its vibrant energy. Each day lengthens, coaxing us to shed our winter layers and embrace the blooming season ahead—a time of transition, beckoning us to release the old and embrace the new. In celebration of this shift toward the light, we invite you to an evening of connection, movement, and nourishment. Join us as we harness the creative energy of spring, using it to light our path forward. The Jolly Indian Sailor will be creating an authentic indian feast to nourish and delight. Known for their plant based, traditional Indian tiffin tins – take away food without plastic packaging, as well as their infamous curry nights in Wighton and Wells Next the Sea. https://thejollyindiansailor.com/ MENU Pre Starter Pain Puri - a taste and texture sensation to awaken the senses. Trio of Starters each with accompanying chutney Onion Pakora, Patra, Samosa All served with a fresh and cooling, savoury curry leaf Lassi, simple, nutritious and cooling Main Course Whole Roasted Cauliflower Tamarind, coconut and curry Leaves alongside coriander, cardamom and turmeric make this a wonderfully rich showstopper dish. Gujarati Khadi A slowly cooked soup with yoghurt, chickpea and spices, an absolute comfort Pilau Rice Fluffy aged basmati with vegetables and aromatic spices the perfect accompaniment to Khadi.
