🌿 Grounding Yoga & Gong Sound Bath in the Plum Orchard Saturday 5th July, 6:30–8:30 PM (Arrive from 6:15pm to settle in, event start 6:30pm) 📍 Leith House Orchards, Burnham Overy Town, Norfolk, PE31 8JL Join Emilie and Antonina for a serene summer evening of gentle movement and immersive sound healing beneath the canopy of Leith House Orchards—home to over 3,000 fruit trees and one of the most diverse plum orchards in the UK . ✨ What to Expect • 6:30 PM – Begin with breathwork and soft somatic movement led by Emilie, easing into a gentle grounding yoga flow suitable for all levels. We'll stay close to ground with a focus on fluid movement for the spine, pelvis and gently opening the heart whilst connecting to the expansive energy of Summer. • 7:15 PM – Transition into deep rest with a guided relaxation, followed by a transformative gong sound bath with Antonina, an experienced energy healer and intuitive medium . • 8:15 PM – Emerge slowly and enjoy a refreshing plum spritzer and a taste of the orchard’s ripe summer fruit. 🧺 What to Bring Please bring: • A yoga mat • A blanket or two • Cushions or bolsters for comfort • Layers to keep warm during stillness We’ll be practicing outdoors on grass, so feel free to bring anything else to create a cozy nest. Think picnic rugs, eye pillows, or even a hot water bottle if the evening feels cool. 🚗 How to Find Us Leith House Orchards is located in Burnham Overy Town, just a mile from the sea. The orchard entrance will be signposted, and there’s a small stall at the entrance. Parking is available on-site.
