'I teach a variety of classes suitable for beginner and intermediate practitioners. My classes are intentionally aimed to help support you from the inside out with a focus of pelvic floor awareness to leave you feeling worked and energised. All classes must be pre-booked on a block booking system.'

Monday

Vinyasa Flow 18:15 (75mins)

Harpley Village Hall, PE31 6TW 

This style of yoga is a practice that synchronises movement with breath. Each month we follow a set sequence, adding more variations and options to explore. In all sessions there is a sense of progression and transformation, from one posture to the next, breath by breath. This is an Open Level class. However, I recommend those new to yoga attend a beginners class first.

Tuesday

Vinyasa Flow 18:00 (75mins)

Fakenham Race Course, NR21 7NY

This style of yoga is a practice that synchronises movement with breath. Each month we follow a set sequence, adding more variations and options to explore. Wednesday

Wild Yoga Wednesday's  18:15 (75mins)

Movement is Medicine and movement whilst in nature has a unique appeal, we are nature after all. In this practice we explore the body through asana, breath-work and embodiment practices. With all 'Wild Yoga' session they are subject to weather. In the event of this session not being able to go ahead, the class credit can be used towards another class. Please check the weather and dress appropriately, layers are always good. You will need to bring your own mat/ blanket to this class. Upon booking you will be sent the exact location to meet, please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class to allow time to meet and then walk to the place.

Friday

Slow Flow 8:15 (60mins)

Go with the flow in this calming, fluid class that connects breath with movement as you go from posture to posture. With a new theme woven in each time, it’s perfect for those who want to leave feeling centred rather than sweaty (and yoga beginners).

Using breath to initiate movement, the focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. Using repetition to create a more embodied experience and a fluid movement practice.

YIN + YOGA NIDRA

Relax and Renew
 

The ultimate release, yin yoga is a deep and gentle practice, passive and yielding. Through props and the support of the earth this practice helps calm and cool mind and body; followed by soothing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
