'I teach a variety of classes suitable for beginner and intermediate practitioners. My classes are intentionally aimed to help support you from the inside out with a focus of pelvic floor awareness to leave you feeling worked and energised. All classes must be pre-booked on a block booking system.' 

Join me in real life for weekly classes in Brancaster Staithe, Fakenham and Hillington indoors, wild open-air yoga in nature or in the comfort of your home online.​

Vinyasa Flow 18:15 (75mins)

The Stables, Hillington 

This style of yoga is a practice that synchronises movement with breath. Each month we follow a set sequence, adding more variations and options to explore. In all sessions there is a sense of progression and transformation, from one posture to the next, breath by breath. This is an Open Level class. However, I recommend those new to yoga attend a beginners class first.
